I am a neurodiversity-informed educator, facilitator, and lifelong learner with more than 30 years of experience supporting children, families, and communities through education, relationship-centered practices, and personal growth.
My professional background includes public education, Montessori education, early childhood leadership, parent education, and community facilitation. I am currently completing a Master of Arts in Consciousness, Psychology and Transformation with a specialization in Transformational Leadership, expected September 2026.
As a late-identified neurodivergent woman, I understand both the gifts and challenges that come with navigating a world that was not designed for every kind of mind.
NeuroSpicy & Thriving was created as a place for neurodivergent women to explore self-understanding, emotional well-being, personal growth, and authentic connection.
